DELIVERY
PICK UP
- Pick up is in Cornerstone Blvd NE
- We give a 1hour grace period for pick up after that your order will be considered cancelled with NO REFUND
- If you are considering an earlier pickup time, We kindly request that you discuss it with us beforehand.
- We accommodate date changes for pickups with advance notice of at least 24 hours.
- Pick up points available on Friday & Saturday in 8 Ave Downtown, Calgary between 7pm-9pm
- Pick up points are occasionally available in Sunridge Mall, feel free to ask if any pick up points are available.
- Upon pickup, responsibility for the order transfers to you. While we take great care to ensure your order is picked up/delivered in perfect condition, it is your responsibility to maintain its quality until you open the sweets
- You must have paid in full before your order is out for delivery. Your ordered will not be confirmed if full payment was not received.
- We kindly request that you are prepared and available to collect your order.
- Please note that our waiting period extends to 10 minutes. Beyond this time frame, we will need to proceed with our next delivery and it will be your responsibility to pick up your order by the end of the day or pay for delivery a 2nd time.
- If you wish to change delivery time, we require 24hrs notice and is subject to our availability.
